Redlands Art Association invites the public to free programs by guest artists the fourth Tuesday of the month from September through May.
Kathryn Elliott Duncan of Golden Artist Colors will present the next program, at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 25, at the RAA gallery, 215 E. State St.
Duncan will present an overview of watermedia applications, with demonstrations of some of Golden Artist Colors’ products. She will also explore monoprinting techniques, ways to incorporate drawing into watermedia and a variety of mixed-media applications, according to a news release.
A question-and-answer session will follow the presentation.
In 2011, Duncan started the Art Workout, a company devoted to art education. She is also interested in the science of pigments, innovative uses of paint media and mixing media such as painting, textiles, printing and assemblage, according to the news release.
